It’s reassuring when a customer walks in asking for a brand we have launched or worked on, which could be a Common antibiotic or a solution for a rare disease.

Posters screaming for your attention from healthcare and wellness brands like P&G, Danone etc and Health monitoring devices like Accu-Chek taking prominent shelf space.

Special counters of skincare brands with trained skin advisors from leading international brands like Avene, PFDC, SebaMed, Uriage or L’Oreal’s Vichy and La Roche Posay.

We have been in healthcare advertising and marketing for twenty plus years, and we are sure that the work we have been part of has impacted millions of lives in a positive way.

Prevention and timely treatment begins with a test. We have grown brands like Suburban Diagnostics, Krsnaa Diagnostics and more, raising public awareness around preventive health, and creating the category of blood check at home.

In their centres you will see patients walking in with files that display names of doctors we have worked with or hospitals like HCG, Surya Hospitals, Columbia Asia, Wockhardt Hospitals etc where they are getting treated at and probably are now in good health thanks to the treatment they received.

Hospital branding is also an essential part of what we do. A hospital should not market itself as much as it should brand itself. So when in need, the brand promises the right amount of confidence to the patient and the caregivers.

Your digital screen will once in a while pop an ad, a blog, a post, a film we have worked on and through our super digital team we have targeted you to get a message on good health, great healthcare brands or services and offerings.

We have always been promoters of good health, awareness, prevention before cure, and wellness.

We are extremely proud of the Creative campaigns that have had some tiny role to prevent untimely deaths in our country.

Causes that could be as basic as Anemia, Diarrhoea, Blood donation or as serious as Breast Cancer, HIV, TB, COPD, Asthma, Pneumonia, Diabetes, Preterm birth, Epilepsy and many more. Each of these campaigns is deeply cherished only because it has helped someone find hope when there was none.

Synapse started in a humble office in an industrial estate in, Andheri, a suburb of Mumbai. The unit was almost like a garage, and our neighbors were a tyre recycling unit and a workshop that tested horns for cars. Can you imagine a horn going of every 30 seconds near your office, non-stop for 8 hours a day? Early clients thought we were en route somewhere when we were actually sitting in our office!

We felt the need to move to a better office, after a CMO of a leading pharma company, came to our office once and he was shocked to see that the outstanding marketing and advertising work we did for him, came from a premise like that. We were embarrassed yet there was a tinge of pride.

We have moved four offices till date and each one of them were just four walls if it wasn’t for the awesome superheroes we had as part of our team and we continue to have. Even today we have members who have been with us for more than fifteen years, and believe in our vision and mission.

Each and every member of our team has enriched our lives, taught us something new, and added value to the growth of Synapse.

We have been lucky to have some amazing clients too. Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, CXOs, Promoters of leading companies have trusted us and I am proud to say that we have delivered on their trust each and every time.

We have always been hungry to work, grow and win and that’s what keeps us on our toes everyday. Yes, we love what we do.

Some of us still remember the day when we were sitting in office and trying to come up with our corporate tagline. It had to have the word ‘ideas’ because that’s what we always knew we were best at.
