Oh so you’re like me, just Bcom, he responded.
Yes Sir, but when you say it it sounds cool.
Not me.

He laughed and said… After 50 years of passing out it sounds ok, I’m sure you will sound the same when you’re at my age and stage.

And in 1 minute we had broken ice, cleared a huge block in my head (of not having a Masters) and he also motivated me that in some years I could achieve my full potential.

My first mentoring session with Harsh Mariwala showed me that PowerUp was not just a tick in the box initiative by ASCENT Foundation and Harsh Mariwala(Chairman, Marico Limited Ltd. and Founder, ASCENT), but a genuine effort to help entrepreneurs like me to clear hurdles, scale up, build and grow the company, under the guidance of the man who has been there and done it all.

I’m looking forward to many more interactions and his guidance to grow Synapse into the best specialized agency… ever.
